i'd argue not as many people believe in vader as 'purely' as santa. they have hope and really want him to be real but not true belief. besides vader could exist but never be seen because he doesn't have anything to do with earth in his mythos so showing up is impossible. or he could've been created and immediately tried to step beyond the gates and conquer the galaxy to fullfill his role. insta-scrap pile.
thats still a really good point on odins power as kringle, explains his great information pool.
