Profile addition request

I don't know how to do that. If there's a plug-and-play module for SMF 2.0 that does it, great! Tho I'd worry about impact on database in terms of query time.

it's proally only significant to me at this moment because the search engine is down.  I managed to dig out the topic by using the browser find function and tabbing through the list of topics in the spoilers section.

by the way, the boards do seem much more responsive now.

Before I can reactivate that (*if* I can reactivate that), I have to rebuild the search index. It's a very, VERY slow process (I've been running it when I can over the last couple days -- it's at 13% done).

Yeah, I think they are. We went from a 4GB RAM server to a 8GB RAM server (I think) as a part of this move, and I think it's made things zippier. Then again, maybe my tune will change once the search is reactivated.
