I started a new topic but it's shaded pink and says "needs approval"

were these posts all the start of a new topic or has it happened to you with a reply as well?

I've only had it happen with new topics so far, and I've found my workaround.

Just had the same thing happen, but I read, that it could be due to heavy linkage, so that might be what is going on there.

Just got one myself, with the Dresden Files Purity 2.0.  One external link and one internal.
