The very point of the iron man suit is to eliminate any catch that comes up.

I am going with a plausible iron man suit. Even if it behaves like a Faraday Cage, enough of it will damage it.

Of course, it does mean that any schmuck with a taser can take him out...

if the taser bolts hit him in where one of his sensors is exposed (good attack), weapon 2 and whatever is left of the attack will cause SOME damage.

What would a "Hexus" spell do against it?

He will defend with 7 + roll vs hexing, and it will just be some physical stress, he has a lot of it. Plus its an item of power, its indestructible, tho it can be disabled via damage.

Electricity bypasses his Mythic Toughness and he has only 3 stress boxes normally.  That means that a 4-shift result or more will (at least) inflict a consequence.  I dunno, seems a little fragile to me.  Weapons-grade EMP seems a more representative Catch, though it certainly wouldn't be worth +4.

Well true. To eliminate the catch, I would need more refresh points and some sort of a catch like "can only be unmade by creator".

Maybe Iron Man - as popularly envisioned - isn't an appropriate character for a 10-refresh game. Maybe you could make a lower-powered version and scale him up as you gain Refresh.

Or perhaps have some form of finite power source, presented through an adaption of a Feeding Dependence?

not very iron man like to run out of batteries. plus what would he feed on? hulk would feed off rage or physical combat energy or something, that would make sense.

but iron man's high concept revolves around man conquering all obstacles.
