Belated Announcement: Priscellie joins the White Council

Hi, folks!

I've promoted Priscellie into the ranks of the White Council. She's now a peer moderator along with Mickey Finn and Ashton.  Shannon and Jim retain their honorary White Council positions.  I, of course, remain The Merlin.

Go celebrate over in McAnallys or something, and congratulate Priscellie on her new that's-sort-of-actually-her-only-in-a-Molly-wig user icon!
