Or is it Weapons too?

The supernatural strength powers includes anything which involves the use of physical force so pole arms, hammers etc would certainly get a bonus I think swords would as well and in OW Thomas gets a bonus to sword damage from his Inhuman Strength.

Yeah it is to weapons too:

All melee weapons minus whips depend on muscular force to deal damage IMO, even the lighter weapons like rapiers, court swords, and daggers.
