That should be an official shirt, up for anybody to buy. Hell, I'd like to have it on a zip-up hoodie, The Dresden Files on one side of the front and the main design on the back.

ETA: OK, tried again with the pictures this morning. Same shirt, front and back pics taken in the same location, same lighting, within a minute of each other. The colors of the back are accurate, the colors of the front are clearly not. But here it is (slightly out of focus). The snow flake on the front is silver, as are all the little flecks on front and back, the lettering is baby blue. No idea what the deal is with my phone/camera.
ETA again: Got a little bit better pic of the front - but still not close to the actual color of the shirt. I have no idea what the deal is why the front looks like a different color than the back in the pictures. :/

That is so much awesome!
As for the difference in the 2 pictures, (Edit: The below explenation got a bit long and technical so I am condensing it into a spoiler in case the reader doesn't want to get sucked up into it.)
(click to show/hide)Most digital cameras have filter algorithms that try to have the average intensity of a picture be close to a certain value.
A good example of when this would be good is if you move from a bright room to a comparatively dark room, your eyes adjust in multiple ways so that generally you see things at the same levels. A big honkin expensive camera can make several adjustments on multiple levels, but your camera phone generally can just change the time of exposure (chances more blur) or can change the digital gain of the entire picture (kind of like turning up the volume nob on your stereo, but for colors/brighness).
The algorithms adjust for more than just brighness, and color can be effected too. Basically, the algorithm's goal is that the average color be equal to something like grey (the goal can self adjust when nearly the entire field becomes a certain color as in picture 2) and will alter the entire picture's color until the average color is that value. This is because otherwise, the picture can be washed out by bad lighting or some other influence on the sensor. However, if one picture has all of one color, and the next picture has only part that color and a significant percentage another, the algorythm might overcompensate and screw things up as in this case.

NO RIPT!
NO TEE FURY!
Just ME bringing them to YOU at Denver Comic Con 2013! (Artist Alley booth tba next week (hopefully))
I’m not doing any pre-ordering so they will be available first at DCC 2013!
Any extra I have after the convention I will sell on my Etsy and if they sell really well I’ll be able to make more.
And I really do hope they sell because I just put myself in the hole for them. I hope you’re as excited as I am!

If you'll take orders, I'll place one when you do. I need a "larger" size.
