Ah, well.  I can only afford to get up to Atlanta about every other year, myself.  By the next time Jim makes it to Dragon*Con, he should have at least two more books out to be signed.  :)

Goin' to the VA signing, yeah!  Dinner anyone? :)

July 21st-24th.  However, tickets sold out within hours back in...  February?

I think a few do pop up closer to July (they did last year) but don't hold your breath.  Here's the website:

I suggest you sign up to e-mail alert/Twitter if you're really interested in going.  Of course, those tickets might be sold out.  I haven't been following.  (It is something that can be loaded into an iGoogle home page, which is how I keep up to date.)

Just found this article from the SDCC survival guide.  It suggests tickets might still be put up in late June/early July.

I'm going, but I was lucky that I didn't work on the sign up day.  I know that alone took up an hour of my time.

Ah well... **Marks his calendar to check again next year**

Nevermind my request in the other thread then.  =)

Hi, uh, this might not be the right place to ask, but what's the policy of bringing a book to the signings? Like, do you have to purchase a copy there at that time to qualify or can you bring your own?
