I thought about you guys last night while I was out catching owls.  One of the guys had an owl in photographer grip (holding its feet) and was moving his hand around so it looked like the owl was dancing, and he was singing Time Warp while he did it.  :D

Time Warp makes everything better. I expect that at some point in my best ,which is Poor, Riff Raff Impression say "It's astounding .." I expect things will take off from there   ;D

Owl torment.  I do not approve.  I assume this was a little owl and not one of those big ones that looks like it can glare you to death.

And yes, I'm excited!  Because of the responsibilities of the horses and the dogs and the farm, I haven't been able to go to anything at all for... gosh, I dunno, must be over 5 years now.  I've taken a couple of day trips, but never for anything fun.  I'm totally looking forward to this.  Of course, I will be driving home each night, but it's only an hour or so... if Hampton tunnel behaves.

I have, however, stopped dancing.  It wasn't pretty.  Children were crying.

Yeah, it was a saw-whet.  One of the little guys.  Don't worry, the owls got their revenge.  I was about the only person there who wasn't bleeding by the end of the night.


I can't dance either.  Maybe if Kali and I dance at the same time, peoples' eyes will start to bleed.
