Okay,
I have finally cut the three main story arcs together. Track three needs a lot added, that is the story from the big read headed farm boy POV, because it is so tightly woven with track one (the runt dragon in exile), it needed to be cut in to see where add-ons were needed.

Tracks four and four A have yet to be plotted, but need to exist to explain why a war happened. (Conspiring self interest on the parts of the "big money" folks in both kingdoms.)

I am not yet up to fifty parallel plot lines.... The series arc is still fairly open ended, but this first novel is to give me a place where I can write sorcery and six guns stuff. Steam engines and dragons, maybe even hot air balloons with organic burners.

Is anyone planning to take advantage of the offer from Create Space?  Also, have you used this service in the past and if so, what is it like?  I'm definitely planning to get the single copy of my manuscript, and am also considering making it available for sale as an e-book/trade paperback, but I need to investigate more thoroughly first. 
My principal concern is that using a self-publishing service for this one manuscript might scuttle any chances I have of submitting another, unrelated novel through more traditional publishing channels.  (FYI, I have no illusions that I would make a fortune doing this, or even get a lot of exposure, but I figure that if I can get the occasional price of a cup of coffee out of the thing, than what the hell?) Thoughts?
