The lack of female friends for her matches her personality, actually, so it never crossed my mind. I know alot of women who have many more male friends than female friends.
(Conversely, I slide the opposite way, more women friends than men.)

Old thread, I know, but I just had to jump in. Finally got a copy of SB. Loved it! It should tell you something that I work 56 hours a week and managed to finish the book in two days.

Just an update. Loved SB myself. My daughter (who's 19) came over and raided my ARB (Already Read Books) Collection and she devoured it in three days. Gave it back to me with high praise, Richelle. She really loved it.

I know this is off-topic, but I bought Vampire Academy yesterday and read it. Fun book! It is definitely YA, but all the same I enjoyed it. I'm looking forward to reading it's sequel, even if it's not going as well as you'd hoped. (Hopefully it's going well now, and your personal life has settled down!)
