Regarding the chatroom

from what rumours I have haired it was not the difficulty of it
but the monitoring of it and the people braking rules in it...
(there has never been a chat so long as I have been round here...)

Which also would not be much of a problem, since IRC allows for elaborate rulesets of operators and moderators in channels.

It still wouldn't supersede the fact that Fred's got too much on his plate right now even to oversee the technical side of that as well, and the mods are stretched thin as it is.
