new authors website

SCARPA:
Would love to get some input on the Authors website for my novel, Veil of the Dragon. (See below)
I posted it as I am finishing up the novel this summer. Basically ading some length to it to bring it closer to 400 pgs.
But I would greatly appreciate any insight ayone has on either the site or the work. The prologue is posted on it.

Couple of comments:
1) get rid of the word homepage.  Take it out of the Header, and change it to the word Home on the button.
2) dark blue link colors on black background = can't read a damn thing.
3) frame up your prologue to be more 'center of page' and less wide.  Clean up the carriage returns.
4) as a corollary to #1, get rid of the name of the page you're on from the header.  Instead have the 'button' darkened depending on which page you're on.

Unfortunately the dark letters are not my doing but stupid gamevance advertising.
