The Dresden Files > DFRPG
You won't like this character when he's angry.

Sorry, but this is wrong. Bruce can make himself angry, *many* examples from TV and comics, and the Hulk can keep himself angry, see Planet Hulk and World War Hulk story lines.

I agree with removing the Speed and up the Strength as suggested by others.

You are right, it is wrong for Bruce. However, this is a Catch for a hulk-like characters ability to unleash his rage power, so it needs to be limiting in some way. If he can do it himself then it is a much weaker Catch, though that version could be used if all 3 catches were being used for a +2 modifier.

Banner, "Please, don't make me angry. You would..."
Pixie, enthusiastically interrupting, "Ooh, ooh, ooh! No, go ahead, make him angry! It's awesome when he gets angry."

Thanks! That's a great idea for a NPC-Thug-Team that my players will dig! Huge Hulk & Wee Free Men fans! *chuckles*

if only there was a way to be a changelling Troll, without you know ending up turning into a Troll.

I made a character based on exactly that.
High concept: Troll blooded art student
Trouble: I don't want to be a troll
If the character is forced to make the choice he'll choose mortal, but until then he'll enjoy helping others with his powers. He is also hoping to find another choice (become a knight, become an alpha, etc.) before being forced to make THE choice.
