That's like asking "Which is better to have, Endurance or Athletics?" It depends on your character and what you want them to be good at. Presence is Leadership and raw force of personality, while Rapport is charm, likeability and persuasiveness. Which sounds better for the character in question?

proabably rapport, by saying which is better, i ment to which is better for dealing for say faries orsome type of being you sommon

if you want to be friendly, use rapport.  If you want to awe them use presence.

Yep. Also bear in mind the Athletics/Rapport and Presence/Endurance comparisons, the first two can be used as a defense in their spheres, and the second two determine your Stress Bars.
