Just a question as a spoiled Californian...what's the weather like out there in the evening? Good for outdoor seating? That would be lovely. :)

I'm confused. Are we doing lunch the day of the signing or the day before?

After the signing: probably will be a get together involving forum peeps who couldn't make it to lunch.
