Side Topic: Music for RPGs
TredHed:
Here ya go for the Darkest of the Hillside Thickets http://www.thickets.net/. I love this band =)
I also think some of Roison Murphy's http://www.roisinmurphy.com/ music fits the weirdness of the Dresdenverse. Especially Night of the Dancing Flame and RamalamaBANGBANG.
Also in a weird way Daikaiju http://www.daikaiju.org/....The Phasing Spider Menace is a fave of mine.
skegmonkey:
All of coheed and cambrias stuff is very RPG
Also CKY flesh into gear is very cyberpunk.
As for background music for cyberpunk games i used a soundtrack from the manga cybercity.
For modern day horror ie D20 or dresden files one day soon i like to use an album by Two Gallants called "what the toll tells"
I also like "The Man Comes Around" by Johnny Cash.
Nursefuratu:
Have you seen/heard Stephen Lynch's Dungeons and Dragons (D-n-D)
ps: I am at work and youtube is blocked so I hope this is the correct link, I can't verify it to be sure though. If you would rather google Stephen Lynch & Dungeons and Dragons, it would work too, well worth you time :D

You know what's really great music for RPGs? Free music composed/remixed from videogames by japanese bands with weird names, that's what. Well... not all of it is great, but there are quite a few good ones.
