November 25th, the day after the hardcover comes out. You can pre-order it from Amazon via the Jim-Butcher.com store here!
I also have word that Dog-Eared Books is definitely doing a virtual signing for FLF! They should have the preorder page up within the next few days. I'll link to it when it's available.

Do dog eared deliver to India? i tried the virtual signing page i'm getting a 404.

here they have changed the release date from Published 01.12.09 to Published: 01 November 2009, is this just a mistake? or can I hope the book will be shipped on sunday (or monday) ;D

I'm not so sure, that's the British edition, and with the last release, European readers got their copies at least a couple of weeks before it hit the shelves here in the USA.
