Modifying Number of Displayed Posts

Right, I realize I'm brand-spanking new and all, but...

Is there a way to modify the number of displayed posts per page? Right now it's something like 10-15, and I'd kind of like to bump it to the 20-30 range.

Similarly, how can I increase displayed threads per page?

They used to have that abilty I think but they cut it back to save money.  When the books come out traffic gets pretty heavy

Oh, no big. I can understand; I don't do web support, but I've been tech support.

I just didn't know if I was missing something, or if it was one of those "once you have enough posts" like custom avatars or some such.
