names for other Outsiders

im working on a plot revolvoing around the reapearance of the London Smog, in 1952 it killed 4,000 people and overall was resposable for over 12,000 deaths and made over 100,000 people ill. the idea is the smog is the physical form of one of the Outsiders.

but trying to come up with a cool sounding name is beyond me lol. i love the name 'He who walks behind', and in my opinion all the outsiders should have names like this.

so i would love to see what ideas people have got for names for the Outsiders?

S/He Who Blackens the Wind

Myyrdn Eopia:
Just to keep in mind when creating names, the only Outsider that we know of for certain is He Who Walks Behind.  And he was the primary hit-man, if you will, for whoever he served.  Course, all the names could be similar.  It's my bet however, that there is some variation.
