Hey Blaze, is that something you were commisioned to do?  That is very cool.  It is hard to tell from the picture exactly how it was done, do you have a close up?

LOL -- No, I was not commissioned to do that, that is an npc character in the Dresden files RPG I play in.  How'd I do it?

A back ground shot of the park that I copped off a Chicago tourism site (Public domain) and I photoshopped them together!

I wish I could say that I got Wachter to stand by the sign and hold still for me.  LOL

This is how Wachter started life.  I sketched him because even with a good description I felt that the player characters could relate to him better if they actually saw him in a photo.
